Every proposal clearly defines the services, responsibilities and costs, so you know what is being managed and what to expect each month.

If NCDS is a suitable fit, we explain what should happen next and what is needed to prepare a clear proposal.
Each managed employee price includes a Microsoft 365 Business Premium licence and the services listed in your selected plan. Your proposal confirms the users, devices, systems and support coverage NCDS will manage.
There are no separate onboarding fees. Your first invoice reflects the agreed monthly pricing, licensing and any additional services approved before work begins.
Not necessarily. Depending on your environment, your proposal may combine fully managed employees, licence-only users or a customized monthly service arrangement. We’ll recommend an appropriate combination based on the support each employee requires.
Additional computers, servers, onsite work, hardware, cloud infrastructure, projects and third-party services are priced according to the agreed scope. Your proposal identifies any services and costs outside the selected plan.
Every new managed-services agreement includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you decide during the first 30 days that the service is not right for your business, you pay only the month-to-month licensing costs incurred. The managed-services portion will not be invoiced, and there are no onboarding or cancellation fees.
