NCDS CANADA Inc. is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. How we use cookies:

Shipping Policy

NCDS CANADA Inc. strives to get your products to you as soon as possible. NCDS CANADA Inc. offers same day shipping on most “In Stock”items purchased before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Any “In Stock” order placed that contains special instructions or order notes may be delayed and not applicable to same day shipping even if the order is placed before to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

“Backorder” products pages contain estimated shipping and delivery dates. These are only estimates; once an order is received for a “Backorder” product a firm date will be provided within 2 business days to the customer. The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time prior to the ship date without penalty. Please see our Order Cancellation Policy.

Additional shipping charges may apply or if delivery is to be made to remote areas; should this occur NCDS CANADA Inc. will contact the customer to confirm the new total. At this time the customer will have the right to accept or decline the additional shipping charges. Should the customer decline the additional shipping charges, the transaction will be cancelled and the customer will not incur any charges.

NCDS CANADA Inc. ships exclusively through UPS, FedEx, Loomis and Purolator; should a delivery be refused for any reason or a delivery is not possible due to circumstances outside the responsibility of NCDS CANADA Inc. and the courier a 75$ fee will be charged to the customer’s credit card.

If the customer’s order includes several items, it may ship separately and at different times.  Items which ship from the same location are mostly grouped together.  Our shipping confirmations will inform you how much of the customer’s order has shipped.

NCDS CANADA Inc. will not ship any items until the credit card information has been verified. While NCDS CANADA Inc. makes every effort to process and ship your order before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. this is in no way a guarantee. NCDS CANADA Inc. is not responsible or liable for any damages that may result in the delay of the customer’s shipment.

NCDS CANADA Inc. ships to destinations within Canada only, sorry no international orders will be accepted or processed.

NCDS CANADA Inc. reserves the right to cancel a customer’s order at any time without reason. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Pricing Policy

NCDS CANADA Inc. is not responsible for any pricing errors on its website and reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Should an error occur, the client will be contacted and will be given the right to cancel the order at that time if the corrected price is not satisfactory.

 
Order Cancellation Policy

“Backorder” Orders placed on the NCDS CANADA Inc. website may be cancelled at any time prior to the product being shipped.

“In Stock” Orders placed on the NCDS CANADA Inc. website before 12:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) may be cancelled at no cost to the customer by replying to the order confirmation email and appending “CANCEL” to the subject line.

“In Stock” Orders placed on the NCDS CANADA Inc. website after12:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time) may not be cancelled. Our systems are integrated with our warehouses and orders are processed immediately to expedite as fast as possible. A customer may attempt to cancel an order by replying to the order confirmation email and appending “CANCEL” to the subject line – however this is in no way is a guarantee that the order can be halted after 12:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time).

Warranty

NCDS CANADA Inc. guarantees that the product (s) shipped is (are) in good condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for 10 days after receipt of the product. After this period, the items are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty and will vary depending on the product in question. Please visit the manufacturer's website for more details. All OEM processors have a warranty of seven (7) days after the invoice date. You have the right to the manufacturer's warranty against faulty goods. Most of the policies of our major manufacturers require you to contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair or replace the product in accordance with their own policies. Contact the respective manufacturer for additional details. Any physical damage or modification of will void the product warranty. (Modification of a product is considered a permanent physical damage). Ncds.ca cannot honor the warranty on processors and motherboards that have pins damaged, cracked or burned chips or other physical damage.

 

Product Descriptions and Illustrations

While NCDS CANADA Inc. makes every effort to provide the customer with accurate product descriptions and illustrations, NCDS CANADA Inc. is not responsible for any illustration or typographical errors. Please use the MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) provided on the product page and refer to the manufacturer’s website for product specifications and illustrations.

 

Return Policy


Upon shipment arrival, please inspect product before opening manufacturer’s seal. Please note, regarding returns, the return policy is 10 days beginning the day that product(s) were shipped to you. Should your product be deemed defective, you can return it for the same model. No refunds will be issued. We do not accept mail deliveries. Shipping and Handling charges are not reimbursable. Although, we will gladly reimburse any shipping charges incurred if you return a product due to an error on our part and/or if we have established the product defective. All authorized returned products should be returned 100% in the exact state as in the moment of purchase, with handbooks, manuals, accessories in the same packaging in a resalable condition.

NCDS CANADA Inc. will not accept returns of opened products (and/or software) that are incompatible; it is your responsibility to ensure compatibility of the product you are purchasing. Please refer to the manufacturer website before making a purchase to ensure compatibility. . Please make sure that your system meets all the minimum requirements before buying.

All returns must be submitted through a proper Return of Merchandise (RMA) procedure. Do not return your product to us without an RMA; we are not responsible for products that are lost due to not having a proper RMA affixed to the package. RMA are issued within 10 days of the date on the invoice. After the 10 day period we cannot issue an RMA and will refer you to the manufacturer. The RMA numbers expire 10 days after they are issued.

To obtain an RMA, you must first contact the manufacturer and follow their procedures to confirm the product is defective. Once a ticket number has been issued to you that documents the product is defective you may contact customercare@ncds.ca and you will be issued an RMA number. The RMA number and the address of the return will be given to you within 24 hours of the receipt of the request.

All non defective, unopened items are subject to restocking fees of 30%. Defective items are replaced by the exact same product. If NCDS CANADA Inc. cannot replace the defective product it will be reimbursed, with the exception of transport fees. The RMA number is to be clearly indicated on the exterior of the packaging. We will refuse any incomplete returns or any that have not been authorized by NCDS CANADA Inc. The client is responsible for shipping at their own expense and any damage incurred any lost or stolen item in transit to NCDS CANADA Inc. We recommend that all shipped products are insured for damages and loss. Exceptions: Services such as installation, planned delivery are not refundable should the service already be carried out. Opened packaging of consumables (such as ink cartridges, toners, batteries, remotes, microphones, ear buds, headphones, software, CD’s DVD’s, video games) will not be exchanged. Because of the laws of copyright, software, CDs, DVDs, video games and music whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned. Defective software will be exchanged with the same title and is subject to availability. Prior to returning the software, we strongly suggest that you contact the manufacturer.
